The state of California requires licensed Farm Labor Contractors to complete continuing education on an annual basis to renew their license. This program is authorized and approved by the State Labor Commissioner's Office and meets the continuing education requirement for Farm Labor Contractors.

• Separate English and Spanish classes
• Same day certificates for verification of completion
• Approved by the state labor commissioner for 8 hours of CE

• Health, Safety, and sanitation requirements
• Worker transportation and housing requlations
• Proper use and handling of pesticides and chemicals
• The rights of unions and union organizing
• Laws and rules relating to worker's compensation

Times: Sign in and continental breakfast 7:00am - 8:00am. Program 7:45am - 5:30pm

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received up to five (5) working days before the course start date are refundable, minus a $25 processing fee. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire course fee. Please note that if you don't cancel and don't attend, you are still responsible for payment.
